We ship to all 50 US states. Every order ships with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your bottle is on its way.
Arrives intact, guaranteed
Every Nivosa bottle is packed to travel. If yours arrives cracked or broken, email a photo of the damage and your order number to nivosa.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the broken bottle.
Returns
If you don't love your bottle, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us to start a return and we'll send you the steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the return.
